Yes, there was a story….
We entered only the position of the Luhansk region, and we had one “worker” (man was an opportunist).
Before signing the contract he was promised a bunch of things – 1K salary, combat veteran status, benefits and discountes. Well, they promised a quiet life in the trenches of the first line in the bosom of nature. Alya “war is all over…” and you just sit there and collect the money.
On the first day, as they came in, they were baptized with mortars and artillery.
Immediately after the shelling, the commanders let the whole platoon dig and expand the trenches all night, to the bloody calluses.
In the morning, the mortars started to rain down again.
And in the afternoon the platoon leader comes and commands “Now we storm Zhelobok!”
“Worker” sat down, covered his head with his hands and said “What the f@*k is Zhelobok!?!”
Everyone remembered that phrase and that moment.
And then the platoon was gone.
This is a tattoo in memory of him.
In memory of our platoon, and in memory of those days.
This story was heard on the coast of the Sea of Azov. Where we came with the soldiers on vacation during a week of rehabilitation, after which they returned to “zero” (top front line).
